| A contingent search is a conditional agreement that states that a fee will be paid to e-Staffing only when the client hires a candidate presented by e-Staffing. Therefore the complete financial risk belongs to e-Staffing.

| In a contingent search, the client provides no up-front financial incentive ("retainer") to e-Staffing, while e-Staffing provides no guarantee in regard to time committed to the search, number of candidates contacted or number of candidates interviewed.

| The amount of candidates that a client will see from us is dependent on any number of market factors. These market factors can vary: from the geographic location of the position to the demand for a particular type of candidate at the time of the search to the pool of available/active candidates who specifically meet the client's requirements.

| Generally, highly qualified professionals are not actively pursuing other opportunities until they are contacted. These professionals are usually not comfortable submitting unsolicited resumes on the web. They prefer to be represented and advised regarding their careers and which company would provide them with the best future. |
